This letter is regarding the outstanding service the London Convention Centre (LCC) has received from Dogfish Enterprises over the past year.
Don Britton of Dogfish Enterprises has worked primarily with the Finance department of the LCC. He was recommended to assist with questions that arose concerning our Human Resource systems and the New Years Eve ticket system.
His expertise in this area and turn around time was most appreciated. When it was decided that the LCC needed an HR database created, Dogfish was approached. Don in consultation with the LCC created an HR database that was customized for our needs. His creativity and accuracy were top notch.
Don has committed to work with the Finance and HR department as they currently use the database he created. We have been reviewing a third party’s software system that may be integrated with the HR system at the LCC. His commitment to see a project completed without much disruption has been accomplished. He has been available for questions and provides solutions quickly.
